How to use it

Choose this candle for what you're trying to restore. Set it somewhere quiet — a shelf, a windowsill, somewhere you'll actually sit. Arrange it with things that ground you: a photo, a stone, something that reminds you who you are outside the noise.

Don't light it right away. Let it sit. You'll know when it's time.

When you do, sit with the flame a while. Let your thoughts settle rather than chasing them.

Once it's burned down, save the gemstones from the wax — clean them in hot water and carry them with you, a small piece of the ritual kept close.
