How to use it

Choose this candle for what you're calling back into your life. Set it somewhere you'll actually notice — a shelf, a bedside table, somewhere quiet. Arrange it with things that make you feel like yourself: a photo, a stone, something that reminds you of who you are when you're not holding back.

Don't light it right away. Let it sit. You'll know when it's time.
